ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of each property. Please take into consideration that every home is different and some could take longer than others depending on several factors such as: last time they were cleaned, if they are free of clutter, if there are pets, among others. For more information, check our Terms & Privacy.

If your home requires extra cleaning time, or your booking does not match the service required, we will contact you upon the Stylist’s arrival and make the necessary adjustments based on your approval.

We love pets! Please select under “Extras” if you have any Pets at Home. For more information, check our Terms & Privacy.

Please select our Style Hour Cleaning (1 Hour Included), in case you only want a detailed cleaning in a specific area(s) of your home and in the “Special Requests” box on your booking form, describe which area(s) you would like cleaned and the Stylist will focus the entire time on your request. You prioritize and give directions to the Stylist on what you would like them to clean and the level of detail for each section. (Please do not select this option if you would like the entire home to be cleaned)

If you are moving in/out, we provide a deeper clean. Please select Move In/Move out under 'Extras' to include:

Inside the fridge
Inside the oven
Inside kitchen cabinets
All drawers/closets
Hand-wiped blinds/inside windows

If you are selecting this service, the apartment/house must be unfurnished.

Select “Make a Green Choice” on our booking form under “Extras” if you want us to clean with Eco friendly products.

If you want the Stylist to change your bed sheets, please leave clean sheets on your bed.

Post-construction cleaning requires a custom quote; please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
